MOUNT GILEAD, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—A black bear has been sighted in Morrow County, prompting the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) Division of Wildlife to monitor its movements. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office shared the information on its Facebook page, noting the bear was last seen on County Road 20 in Harmony Township.
Authorities report no human-wildlife conflicts have occurred at this time. Residents are urged to give the bear space and allow it to move freely.
