COLUMBUS, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—The Ohio State Fair is celebrating “614 Day” by offering a special 12-hour promotion on Saturday, June 14, allowing fairgoers to purchase admission tickets for just $6.14.
The discounted tickets will be available online at ticketmaster.com/ohiostatefair from 6:14 a.m. to 6:14 p.m. on Saturday. This promotion celebrates Columbus, the fair’s home since 1860, and applies to all ages, with tickets valid for any day of the fair. Notably, online tickets purchased through this deal will not incur Ticketmaster fees.
The 2025 Ohio State Fair is scheduled for July 23 to Aug. 3. Attendees can anticipate a mix of classic fair attractions and new experiences. Returning favorites include the iconic butter cow, Natural Resources Park with Smokey Bear, various free entertainment stages, thrilling rides, large arts exhibits, demonstrations, shopping, livestock shows and a free petting zoo.
New additions for this year’s fair include circus stunt artists, a “New Food Avenue” featuring diverse fair fare, chainsaw carving demonstrations, paid attractions, and hands-on activities in the Lausche Youth Exploration Space.
Fair Hours of Operation:
- Monday through Friday: 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 9 a.m. – 9 p.m., with the exception of Sunday, Aug. 3, when admission gates close at 6 p.m. Most buildings and activities close at 6 p.m., and all fair activities conclude by 9 p.m.
Gate Admission Prices (Regular):
- Adults (ages 13-59): $12
- Youth (ages 6-12): $10
- Senior (ages 60+): $10
- Children 5 and under: Free
General parking is $10 and can be purchased in advance or on-site.
Ride Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. (except Sensory-Friendly Morning, Thursday, July 24, from 10 a.m. – 11 p.m., with no lights and sounds from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.)
- Saturday and Sunday: 10 a.m. – 11 p.m. (except Sunday, Aug. 3, when the Midway closes at 9 p.m.)
