MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—Project Noelle is inviting the Marion community to a free “Red Ribbon Spooktacular” on Saturday, Oct. 11, from 2 to 4 p.m. at McKinley Park. The Halloween festival is designed to provide families with a fun, drug-free event.

The festival will feature pumpkins, candy, games, a costume contest with prizes, and free food and refreshments. In addition to the festivities, community partners will be on hand to provide resources and tools aimed at helping families build a healthier, drug-free life.

“We want every family to leave with full bellies, happy memories, and the confidence to build a brighter, drug-free future,” said Keli Clark, Project Noelle’s Director.

The event, which is entirely free, is supported by local organizations including the Marion Police Department, Boulder Addiction Care, and The Shepherd’s Fellowship.

Project Noelle is a non-profit organization that provides year-round support to children and families affected by the opioid epidemic. The group was founded to honor children impacted by the crisis and offers programs focused on compassion, prevention, and community connection.
