MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—The Marion Police Department is celebrating the career milestones of three of its finest officers. Major B.J. Gruber and Officer Dan Ice recently marked their 26th year of service, while Detective Mike Diem celebrated his 16th year with the department last week.

Gruber, Ice, and Diem have all made significant contributions to the Marion community throughout their careers. Their dedication to public service and commitment to maintaining safety and order have not gone unnoticed.

Major B.J. Gruber and Officer Dan Ice have spent over a quarter of a century serving the Marion community. Their experience and leadership have been instrumental in the department’s success. Similarly, Detective Mike Diem, with his 16 years of service, has played a crucial role in solving numerous cases and ensuring justice.
