COLUMBUS, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—The importance of culture in the workplace is the focus of a webinar Thursday, hosted by Ohio Farm Bureau. It coincides with a new collection of labor resources created by Ohio Farm Bureau and Nationwide to help farmers position their business for success with a strong labor force. Michael Hoffman, founder and owner of Igniting Performance Inc., will be one of the guests on the webinar. He says there are many different facets of culture.
Mark Ruff will also be a part of the webinar. He owns and operates Ruff Farms in Pickaway County. He says one of the keys for his farm to create a successful culture is to look at his employees as more than just a hired hand.
