MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—The American Legion Post 584 in Marion is gearing up to host the 1st Annual Veterans Poker Run on Saturday, May 11. This event promises a day filled with fun, camaraderie, and support veterans.
A Day of Riding and More
Riders are encouraged to arrive early at the Post, located at 142 Olney Ave. in Marion, to register and purchase a commemorative shirt if desired. The riders meeting will commence at 10:30 am, with kickstands up at 11 am. A route map will be provided at sign-in, ensuring all participants are ready for the day’s ride.
But the ride is just the beginning. Participants can look forward to a day filled with not only the open road but also food at the end of the run, drinks, a 50/50 raffle, an auction, and much more. This event is not just about the ride; it’s about the community coming together to support a worthy cause.
