MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—Pam and Jim Buckner and friends are holding a dog was on Saturday July 25 from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. to benefit the Marion County Dog Pound. There will be hot dogs, raffle baskets, 50/50, and you will get to see some cute adoptable dogs.
Suggested monetary donations for 20lbs and under are $10, over 20lbs $20 and a nail trim $10. You can also bring items to donate such as toys, bleach, paper towels, dish soap, dry/canned dog food, heavy duty collars and leases, all-purpose, floor and glass cleaner, HE liquid laundry detergent, dryer sheets, stamps, and copy paper. They will also be accepting gift cards for Amazon, Menards, Rual Kings, Petco and Walmart.
The location of the Dog Wash will be in Grandview Estates at 1792 Harris Drive, Marion OH 43302. As always, you can drop off donations at the Marion County Dog Warden’s office at 2252 Richland Rd. Marion OH 43302. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday Noon-6 p.m. and Saturdays Noon to 4 p.m. They are closed on Sundays.
