MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)— The Marion County Sheriff’s Office announces the closure of its Administration Office on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, in observance of Juneteenth Day. This day commemorates the emancipation of enslaved African Americans in the United States and serves as a time for reflection and celebration.
During this closure, services related to Concealed Handgun Licenses (CHL) and Webcheck will also be temporarily unavailable. Normal operations will resume promptly on Thursday, June 20 at 8:00 a.m.
