MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—On December 3, 2023, Marion Felder, 39 of Toledo, was arrested on a warrant for Probation Violation thanks to the use of Flock Safety Cameras, which led to the discovery of his whereabouts.

Felder had an active warrant through the U.S. Marshals for a Probation Violation. The patrol officers utilized the Flock Camera system to locate his vehicle, a grey Dodge Challenger, by obtaining the license plate from the camera footage. They then began searching for the vehicle throughout the city.

Officers Galyk and Pelphrey, who were part of a two-man unit, found the unoccupied vehicle in the southwest part of the city. Through further investigation, they determined the house Felder was in and surrounded it. After making several announcements through a cruiser PA system, Felder surrendered without any resistance.

The patrol officers are commended for their excellent work in apprehending Marion Felder.
