DELAWARE COUNTY, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office has provided an update on the ongoing investigation into Sunday morning’s (September 8, 2024) fatal shooting on Norton-Waldo Road. The victim has been identified as 30-year-old Efrain Andrade Jimenez, who was an acquaintance of the suspect.
Further investigation has confirmed that the suspect, Bruno Vasquez Munguia, is a 35-year-old male, not 22 as previously reported. Munguia has distinctive physical features, including a fresh cut on his right cheek, another above his right eyebrow, and a large scar on his right bicep.
The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office is collaborating with the U.S. Marshals Service to locate Munguia. Authorities emphasize that Munguia is considered armed and dangerous. If spotted, the public is urged to call 9-1-1 or the non-emergency line at 740-833-2800.
