MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—Amato’s Wood Fired Pizza released the following statement on social Media Friday afternoon:
“After much reflection, we’ve made the incredibly difficult decision to close our Marion location, effective Saturday, July 19.
While we’ve been honored to serve this community and create memories with you, the reality is that operating the restaurant in a sustainable way—both financially and personally—has become no longer viable.
We are deeply grateful for every guest who walked through our doors, every staff member who poured their heart into this space, and every moment we got to be part of your lives.
We are currently considering different options as to what’s next for the building, but one of them does include catering.
Thank you for supporting us, sharing meals with loved ones, and believing in our vision. This is not the end, just a new chapter—and we hope to see you again down the road.”
