MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—The aroma of sizzling pancakes filled the air Saturday morning as the Marion Noon Kiwanis Club hosted its annual Pancake Day, a time-honored tradition at Tri-Rivers Career Center.

From early morning until well into the afternoon, volunteers flipped pancakes and served up sausage and smiles, all in support of the Kiwanis mission to serve the children of the community.

Attendees enjoyed stacks of fluffy pancakes, sausages, and beverages, with entertainment on the stage. The event provided a family-friendly atmosphere, with generations of Marion residents coming together to enjoy a classic breakfast.

Proceeds from Pancake Day will support the Marion Noon Kiwanis Club’s various initiatives, including scholarships, youth programs and community service projects. The club emphasized that the support from the community is vital to their ability to provide help to the children of Marion County.

The annual Pancake Day has become a staple event in Marion, marking a day of community spirit and support.
