MORROW COUNTY, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—A bond of $5 million was imposed on Brian Wilson Tuesday afternoon following his arrest in connection with the fatal shooting of Morrow County Deputy Daniel Sherrer.
Deputy Sherrer was shot while responding to a domestic violence call in Marengo on May 26. Law enforcement officials confirmed that Wilson is accused of firing the shots that resulted in the deputy’s death.
The community mourns the loss of Deputy Sherrer and will line the streets of Marion Wednesday as the funeral procession is slated to pass through Marion to pay their respects. Marion County Now will continue to follow this developing story.
