MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)— A Marion Jury has found former Marion City Councilman Ayers Ratliff not guilty on all charges.
Ratliff, whose has been living in limbo for two years while Marion County Prosecutor Ray Grogan filed and dismissed the case, was handed his life back Tuesday afternoon with the swift verdict.
Ratliff stood trial on rape, abduction, and three counts of gross sexual imposition.
