MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—As the holiday season approaches, the anticipation for one of the most cherished traditions grows. Christmas at the Palace, directed by Clare Cooke, is set to return, bringing joy and a sense of community to families and friends from miles around.
This annual event, held at the Palace, is a celebration of both sacred and secular music. It features solos, group numbers, and men’s and women’s tap lines, all wrapped in a fantastic new storyline written each year by Clare Cooke. The story unfolds through beloved characters such as Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, Sassy the Elf, Sparkle the Elf, and Kyle the UPS Man. Their performances encapsulate the true meaning of Christmas and foster a sense of community.
This year’s performances are scheduled for December 1, 2 & 3, 2023. The Friday and Saturday shows will begin at 7:30 p.m., while the Sunday show will start at 2 p.m. Tickets are priced at $29|$24|$12 for adults and $12 for children 12 & under.
