MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—The Marion community is advised of a significant change in the traffic pattern on East Church Street. Earlier this week, stop signs with flashing lights were installed at key intersections on E. Church Street, including S. Grand, Reed, Pennsylvania, and Merchant Avenues. Additionally, the traffic light at Pennsylvania and E. Church Street has been removed.
Motorists are urged to exercise caution in these areas as drivers adjust to the new traffic pattern. For the next few weeks, Marion police officers will issue warnings for traffic violations unless they result in a crash.
