MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW) — The Ohio State University at Marion is set to launch a new season of its popular Five Nights on Campus performing arts and entertainment series on Thursday, October 10, at 7:30 p.m. The season opener will feature “The Rat Pack & More,” a tribute to the timeless classics of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Sammy Davis, Jr.
The Rat Pack & More, starring Scott Brotherton as Frank Sinatra and Damion Fontaine as Dean Martin, brings to life the humor, music, and enduring appeal of the Rat Pack. Audiences can look forward to iconic songs such as Sinatra’s “Fly Me to the Moon” and Martin’s “That’s Amore.” The show also includes tributes to Sammy Davis Jr., Ray Charles, and Nat King Cole, as well as performances of music by Bobby Darin, Joe Cocker, Elvis, The Blues Brothers, Michael Bublé, Neil Diamond, and more.
The mission of Five Nights on Campus is to provide exceptional and diverse cultural and educational opportunities, encouraging the community to engage with campus life. The series continues to attract and engage the local community, bringing people together on campus.
All performances will take place at 7:30 p.m. in Morrill Hall Auditorium, with doors opening at 7 p.m. Tickets are general seating. Individual and season tickets are now available, with prices remaining unchanged for the upcoming year. Individual performance tickets are priced at $10 for general admission, $9 for seniors (60 and up), $4 for students (grades K-12 and college), and $8 for campus faculty and staff. Season ticket prices are $60 for Scarlet & Gray Patron tickets, $35 for general admission, $30 for seniors, $15 for students, and $30 for campus faculty and staff.
