MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—Jersey Mike’s Subs, a renowned sandwich chain celebrated the grand opening of its new location at 1426 Mt Vernon Ave, Marion on February 14, 2024. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by Marion Chamber Ambassadors and co-owners Pritesh Patel and Sachin Patel.
The franchise is known for its fresh sliced and grilled subs, which are a hit among the locals. The grand opening was marked by a Day of Giving to local organizations, Marion Matters and the Boys and Girls Club of Marion County. This philanthropic initiative ran from February 14 through the 18.
Customers who received a special fundraising coupon for a regular sub contributed to the cause. For each coupon turned in, Jersey Mike’s made a minimum $2 contribution to the aforementioned organizations. “Jersey Mike’s is a brand that believes in the power of giving back,” said Pritesh Patel, underscoring the company’s commitment to community service.
Guests can place orders in-store or for pickup through the website or the Jersey Mike’s app. The restaurant prides itself on serving premium meats and cheeses, sliced on the spot and piled high on in-store baked bread. Their subs made Mike’s Way® with the freshest vegetables – onions, lettuce, and tomatoes – are topped off with an exquisite zing of “the juice,” a blend of red wine vinegar and olive oil. Authentic cheesesteaks are grilled fresh.
