- Thursday: A free emotional intelligence training will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Marion Area Chamber of Commerce (267 W. Center St., Garden Room). Hosted by the Marion Area Chamber of Commerce, Marion Area Safety Council, and Avita Health System, the session will focus on communication, self-awareness, and how emotional intelligence plays a role in both the workplace and everyday life.
- Saturday–Sunday: The OH-Way Wrestling Tournament (Novice Championships) will take place at the Marion County Fairgrounds & Veterans Memorial Coliseum (220 E. Fairground St.). This all-day event brings a high-energy atmosphere and draws competitors and spectators from across the region.
- Sunday: A Spring Fling Pageant will take place at the Marion Centre Mall (1509 Marion-Waldo Rd.) beginning at 1:00 p.m. The event offers a fun and supportive environment for participants, along with a chance for families and friends to come together.
- Tuesday: A community food drive will be held at Menards in Marion, giving residents an opportunity to give back and support those in need.
In addition to these events, there are always ways to stay involved throughout the week, whether it’s spending time downtown, trying something new, or catching a show at the Marion Palace Theatre.
As the season begins to change, it’s a great time to get out, support local events, and stay connected with the community.
