MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—Law enforcement agencies in Marion County are asking for the public’s assistance in locating two individuals listed on the county’s Most Wanted list. One individual previously sought for a felony charge has been arrested.
Authorities are searching for:
- Nicholas Foggin, 41, wanted for failure to register as a sex offender and failure to appear. Foggin is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 165 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
- Christopher T. Poulton, 35, wanted on a felony warrant for aggravated possession of drugs. Poulon is 5 feet 9 inches tall, 170 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
A third individual, Jimmie L. Myles, 61, who was previously sought on a charge of felonious assault, is now in custody, according to recent updates from law enforcement.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Office and related agencies emphasize that citizens should not attempt to approach or apprehend the fugitives.
