MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—The Explore-It-Torium Children’s Museum in Marion is undergoing a transition as it becomes a part of MARCA Industries.
Starting from February 1, 2024, the Explore-It-Torium will operate under the MARCA umbrella. This transition brings positive changes, such as extended opening hours and the possibility of opening on additional days of the week.
All current memberships will continue to be valid until their expiration dates.
The museum is grateful to the volunteers, the community, and the Boards of Directors of both MARCA and the Explore-It-Torium for their support in making the transition possible. The museum also expressed gratitude to Trinity Baptist Church for their unwavering support of the children’s museum.
Located in the historic Carnegie Library building, at 224 S. Main St., in Marion, the museum features 10,000 square feet of fun where children can explore, imagine, create and learn in the hands-on play areas.
