MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—On Monday, Marion County Sheriff Matt Bayles welcomed two new deputies to the office in a swearing-in ceremony.
Among them was Deputy Landon Winfield, the son of the late Deputy Brandy Winfield, who tragically lost his life in the line of duty when Landon was just three years old.
Landon Winfield, now grown up, was sworn in as the newest member of the sheriff’s department.
In addition to Winfield, Kevin Moser was sworn in as a Marion County Sheriff’s Deputy.
Kevin is the son of Crawford County Sheriff’s Deputy Lt. Craig Moser.
