MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—The Marion Public Library is once again offering its Adult Lifelong Learning (ALL) program, providing local residents aged 18 and older with the opportunity to take classes in a wide variety of subjects. The program aligns with the Library’s mission to provide lifelong learning opportunities.
The ALL program will feature twelve classes running from October 10 to November 13. Each class typically consists of multiple sessions lasting one hour or more and will be led by subject-matter experts, educators, and academic faculty.
“We are eager to offer another full slate of classes to take a deeper dive into subjects one might not encounter on their own. Just as important is the social connection the classes provide for those participating,” said Gary Branson, Executive Director of Marion Public Library.
Sample classes include Paw Paw education, Beyond the Martini, World Religions, Healthy Living, CD&M Railroad, the May 4th Kent State Collection, and Fall Gardening Maintenance, among others.
Registration for the classes begins on September 23. Interested participants can register by visiting the front desk of the Marion Public Library. The first two classes are $25, with additional classes costing $5 each.
