MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—The City of Marion is honoring local veterans on Saturday, June 27, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the “Stand By Your Banner” event.
The community is invited and encouraged to set up a table, enjoy lunch, and spend time with family and friends while celebrating the veterans and the banners that line the utility poles throughout the City of Marion.
The event encourages the community to spend the hour showing pride, celebrating, and honoring local veterans by lining the streets beneath the banners.
