MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)–The Palace Cultural Arts Association (PCAA) is set to host an afternoon of classical music with “Mozart in the May,” a special performance by an ensemble from the Central Ohio Symphony. The concert will take place on Sunday, September 14, at 3:00 p.m. in the May Pavilion.
The event, which promises to deliver rich and timeless music from one of history’s greatest composers, is designed to provide an intimate cultural experience for the Marion community. The performance is made possible through the support of the Marion Community Foundation and Dr. Al & Ingrid May.
Tickets for the event are priced at $19 and can be purchased through several channels. The Palace Theatre Box Office, located at 276 W. Center Street, is open for in-person sales Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets can also be bought by calling 740-383-2101 or online at marionpalace.org.
In a special offer to promote music education, the PCAA is providing free admission to all music teachers and students. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the door one hour before the showtime.
Organizers describe the concert as a “must-attend event” for both classical music enthusiasts and supporters of the arts, celebrating the power of live music and local cultural enrichment.
