COLUMBUS, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—The 2024 Ohio State Fair, presented by Pepsi, kicks off today, July 24, promising a day filled with fun, food, rides, and entertainment that the whole family will enjoy.

Pepsi Presents WSYX/WTTE Opening Day

Join ABC6 and FOX28 for the opening day of the Ohio State Fair, presented by Pepsi. Live broadcasts will be held throughout the day at the Wellcare Gazebo Stage. Fairgoers can grab a selfie with local TV anchors and follow along on social media for the latest weather updates from ABC6.

From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., fairgoers can stop by the G&J Sampling tent in Central Park to sample Pepsi Zero, Mountain Dew Zero, or Starry Zero.

Entertainment Galore

Marvelous Mutts, a team of talented rescue dogs, will perform in The Dog House at noon, 2 p.m., and 6 p.m. Entertainment Alley will feature performances from the Farmer’s Daughter circus show and Major League Sports Show. Test your trivia knowledge with the Wheels of Agriculture Game Show in Kiddieland at 12:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., and 4:30 p.m.

R&B fans can catch the Honey & Blue Duo at the Taste of Ohio Pavilion & Beer Garden at 6 p.m. Bill Foley will rock out with his set of ‘50s, ‘60s, and ‘70s music at the Natural Resources Park Amphitheater at 1:30 p.m. The Whiskey Business Duo will perform classic Motown and contemporary pop, folk, rock, and alternative music on the Wellcare Gazebo Stage at 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

All-Ohio Arts Gift Shop – Clintonville Arts Guild

Visit the Cox Fine Arts Center from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. to see amazing work by the artists of the Clintonville Arts Guild. Explore the more than 350 works of art in the Cox Fine Arts Center, one of the largest fine arts exhibits in the state.

Don’t miss the Junior Market Lamb Show in Brown Sheep Building, the Junior Beef Show in the Voinovich Livestock & Trade Center, or the Open Youth Breeding Gilt Show in O’Neill Swine Barn. Cheer on some of your favorite animals!
