MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—The Ohio State University at Marion is bringing a diverse lineup of performers back to campus for its annual “Five Nights on Campus” series, offering a rich tapestry of entertainment for the 2025-2026 season. The series aims to engage and inspire the local and regional community with a variety of cultural and educational experiences.

Now in its 2025-2026 season, the performing arts series complements other local entertainment options and invites area residents to be a part of campus life. The lineup features everything from country blues and rock tributes to barbershop harmony and local storytelling. All performances will be held in Morrill Hall Auditorium at Ohio State Marion, with doors opening at 7 p.m. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

The season opens with a journey through pre-war acoustic country blues as The SpYder Stompers with Sugar Pie take the stage on Thursday, Oct. 9, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. This string band quartet blends ragtime and early 20th-century Americana with infectious energy.

November’s performance on Thursday, Nov. 13, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. will rock with the Walt Wise All-Star Revue paying tribute to rock legends Billy Joel and Elton John. The show, which includes the acts 52nd Street & Captain Fantastic, promises high-octane performances of hits like “Piano Man” and “Rocket Man.”

In the new year, America’s Sweethearts, a dynamic female trio from New York City, will bring back vintage harmony on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. They honor the legacy of The Andrews Sisters with WWII-era classics.

The Marionaires, a local chorus, will perform on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. The group brings rich harmonies and barbershop tradition to the stage, celebrating community and musical joy.

The series finale, titled “Who We Are Now – A Celebration of Marion, Ohio,” is scheduled for Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. The special event, directed by Ohio State Marion Dean Jennifer Schlueter, will honor the stories and spirit of Marion through live storytelling and musical performances.

Ticket prices remain unchanged, with general admission at $10, seniors 60 and older at $9, and all students at $4. Ohio State Marion and Marion Technical College faculty and staff receive a discount, with tickets costing $8. Season packages and patron memberships are also available for discounted rates.
