MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—A crowd of over 2,000 people enjoyed the family-oriented National Night Out, organized by the Marion City Police and Marion County Sheriff’s departments. National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign aimed at promoting police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie.

Attendees experienced a great time with various activities, including games, bounce houses, emergency vehicles, music, hotdogs, ice cream, giveaways, fireworks, and the highly anticipated mascot dance-off. For the second year in a row, the winner of the mascot dance-off was “Sheriff.”
