MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)— The Marion Police Department is mourning the loss of K9 Stash, who passed away peacefully at home yesterday.
Stash dedicated his life to serving the MARMET Drug Task Force throughout his impressive 10-year career.

Having retired from active duty at the end of 2024, Stash was a valued member of the police force and made significant contributions to the community during his time on the job.
The MPD extends its heartfelt condolences to Stash’s handler, Colin Lowe, and his former handler, Andy Isom, along with their families during this difficult time.

Stash will be remembered for his unwavering service and the bond he shared with his handlers and the community. Rest In Peace and thank you Stash for your service.
