MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW) — Foundation Health Solution’s newest premier long-term care facility, The Meadows of Marion, celebrated its grand opening on Wednesday, October 24, 2024. The Meadows of Marion, located at 155 Marion Cardington Road West, is a state-of-the-art, 99-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center dedicated to helping residents reach their health potential.The grand opening featured a ribbon cutting by the Marion Area Chamber of Commerce and drew over 400 guests from Marion and the surrounding community. Visitors toured the new facility and enjoyed food from Foundations Health Solutions’ own food truck, along with local treats and spirits.
The Meadows of Marion boasts spacious private rooms, daily activities, communal spaces, a coffee bar, a therapy gym, and an outdoor recreation area. Specializing in physical therapy, skilled nursing, and quality outcomes, the facility emphasizes resident satisfaction and strong Christian values and heritage.
