LEBANON, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—United Producers, Inc. (UPI), the Midwest’s largest livestock marketing cooperative, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Andy Pinnick as Sr. Director of Livestock Marketing.

In his new role, Pinnick will be responsible for strategic development and leadership, specifically guiding facility managers and sales representatives within the UPI livestock marketing division. His appointment is expected to bring a fresh perspective and drive growth in the cooperative’s livestock marketing services.

Mike Bumgarner, UPI president & CEO, expressed confidence in Pinnick’s ability to lead the division. “Pinnick’s hands-on agricultural expertise and contribution to the industry will make him an excellent addition to our UPI team,” said Bumgarner. “We look forward to seeing him put that knowledge to use in this role.”

Pinnick brings a wealth of experience to his new position. After graduating from Miami University, he spent 15 years managing his family farm, raising Gelbvieh/Angus cow-calf herds and traditional Boer goat herds. His active involvement in his county 4-H program, the Ohio High School Rodeo Association, and City Gate Church further attest to his commitment to the agricultural community.

Pinnick currently resides in Lebanon, Ohio, with his wife, Ruth Ann Pinnick, and their four children. When not working, he enjoys traveling, spending quality time with his family, and playing in his country band, Standard Country Time.

UPI serves 30,000 members across Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Tennessee, and surrounding states, handling approximately 2.5 million head of livestock per year. The cooperative also offers risk management services, including marketing agreements and brokerage services, and provides competitive credit services for agricultural, farm machinery, and livestock financing.
