MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—Today, Marion County Prosecutor Ray Grogan released a video statement about the arrest of Ayers Ratliff.
Marion City Councilman Ayers Ratliff, 47, was arrested Monday evening on charges of rape. The alleged victim was under the age of 15.
