MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—Marion Centre Mall is closed today, Sunday, October 5, due to a break in its water system, mall officials announced Saturday. The water supply has been shut off again to manage the issue, and repair work is not expected to resume until Monday.

The closure affects all mall operations, including Centre Cinema, which had scheduled screenings of the highly anticipated Taylor Swift concert film. Management is offering alternative arrangements for ticket holders.

Customers who pre-purchased tickets for the Taylor Swift movie or other films can attend screenings at Bellefontaine 8 Cinema, located at 888 East Sandusky Street, Bellefontaine, OH 43311. Attendees must bring their ID and confirmation email to gain entry.

For those unable to travel, refunds will be available at Centre Cinema once the mall reopens. Patrons are advised to retain their confirmation emails and identification for processing.

Mall officials expressed appreciation for the public’s patience and understanding during the disruption. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
