MARION, OH (MARION COUNTY NOW)—On April 7, 2026, at around 2:00 PM, deputies from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office successfully tracked down a stolen vehicle thanks to advanced Flock Safety Camera technology.
The vehicle, a white 2024 Ford Bronco with Pennsylvania plates, was flagged as stolen near the intersection of State Route 95 and U.S. Route 23.
Deputies conducted a thorough search of the area and discovered the stolen Bronco parked unoccupied in the Meijer parking lot. Shortly thereafter, a man exited the store and approached the vehicle. Law enforcement officers swiftly detained the individual, identified as Jacob Wayne Dulaney, a Kentucky resident.
Further investigation revealed that Dulaney had stolen the Bronco from Parkersburg, West Virginia, and was also wanted by the Kentucky Parole Board for “Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.”
Dulaney now faces charges of Receiving Stolen Property and Fugitive from Justice locally, alongside multiple charges pending in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
